Overview
Many animals in the wild consume Elephant apples, but the fruit contains anthocyanin and polyphenol, which can be toxic if ingested in large amounts. It is unlikely that the fruit is toxic to dogs, however, the exact suitability of feeding elephant apples to dogs is unknown.
