No, conkerberries, especially the unripe ones, are dangerous to dogs; they have a naturally occurring poison called aesculin. Although it would take many conkerberries to trigger severe poisoning, you should not take any chances. If conkerberry toxicity occurs in dogs, it can cause respiratory paralysis and eventually be fatal.
